The members of the Committee for Reliability of the Board of Directors of Rosseti Volga, PJSC , were approved by the decision of the Board of Directors of Rosseti Volga, PJSC as of August 16, 2023 (Minutes on August 17, 2023 No.4):

COMMITTEE FOR RELIABILITY AUTHORITIES:

1. Analysis of production activity as to estimation of the following:
- results of the expired, and estimation of the Company's readiness for work during the forthcoming, autumn-winter period;
- implementation of production programs, target-oriented reliability improvement programs and plans of modernization, reconstruction, new construction and repairs of objects of the Company's electric power networks;
- organization of the labor safety management system;
- organization of the internal technical control system;
- level of operational maintenance of power objects;
- organization of operative and process management;
- satisfaction of instructions issued by supervising and inspecting organizations.
2. Estimation of the technical state, quality of repairs, reconstruction, new construction and operation of objects of electric power networks, regarding: taking actions aimed at improvement of the level of operation of objects of the Company's electric power networks.
3. Quality estimation of planning and analysis of the activity aimed at renovation of the Company's power objects.
4. Estimation of activity of technical services of the Company and its branches, as well as of their executives.
5. Other matters connected with the above said (except for those referred to the competence of other committees of the Board of Directors of the Company).
