PERSONNEL POLICY

Goals
The goal of the personnel policy is the ensuring of compliance of the personnel's qualitative and quantitative characteristics with the strategic goals of IDGC of Volga, JSC. At present, the main emphasis in the course of implementation of the strategic goals of IDGC of Volga, JSC (hereinafter referred to as the Company) is planned to place on achievement by the Company of a high level of organization of its production and operational activity, and management system. To this end, the personnel policy is concentrated, first of all, on the ensuring of necessary qualitative characteristics of the personnel (qualification, motivation, readiness to performance of labor functions, etc.).

Tasks:

-    planning of the personnel (short-term and long-term),
-    formation of a professional level of the personnel,
-    attraction and keeping of highly skilled experts (maintenance of a personal and labor potential),
-    rational use of manpower according to qualification and special training,
-    management of the internal environment in the Company according to its strategic goals,
-    promotion of formation of effective horizontal and vertical communications.
